Hayya Hayya is the first song of a selection of singles to be released from the multi-song FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ Official Soundtrack which features singers Trinidad Cardona, Davido, and Aisha, ahead of the tournament’s final draw tonight.
FIFA continues to build on the FIFA Sound strategy launched in early 2021 with the release of the single and the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM Official Soundtrack by announcing the single and the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM Official Soundtrack. The entertainment plan was designed by RedOne to forge new and significant connections between football fans, music fans, players, and artists, as well as the game and songs they all enjoy.
By combining influences from throughout the world, the trio of breakout US artist Trinidad Cardona, Afrobeats icon Davido, and Qatari sensation Aisha encapsulates the essence of the FIFA World CupTM and the FIFA sound strategy.“This song symbolizes how music – and football – can unify the world.
It will bring together voices from the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East,” FIFA Kay Madati remarked. “The multi-song soundtrack, as part of FIFA’s new music strategy, will bring devoted football fans closer than ever before to the essence of the FIFA World Cup.”
The song, which has R&B and reggae influences, encapsulates the excitement of a football festival that will take place later this year around the world. The track made its public debut in the final draw front of a global audience of football fans who will tune in from all over the world to see the highly anticipated event.
The song is the first of soundtrack singles set to reach the airwaves in the months ahead, as excitement builds for the FIFA World Cup, which kicks off on November 21, 2022.
